My goal is to strive for customer satisfaction, in order to do this I have come up with a list of terms or guidelines that I go by to insure the health of the animal and happiness of the customer.  All pictures of the reptiles for sale are pictures of the actual animal you will recieve, unless otherwise noted, and have not been edited or touched up in any way.  All though temperature sexing with most morphs of leopard geckos (except for mack snows) are generally accurate, I can not 100% guarantee the sex of any reptile listed as Temperature Sexed. 

Every animal I ship will be properly packaged for shipping and packed with a hot or cold pack when it is needed.  To insure the health of the animal, I will not ship when the weather is expected to go below freezing or above 100.  All of my animals come with a 7 day health guarantee, as long as my care page is followed and proper care is given.  I have the right to decline a guarantee due to improper husbandry.  My animals also come with a Live Arrival Guarantee.  Keep in mind that you must be home to receive your shipment though because all packages must be signed for or the Live Arrival Guarantee is voided, I can not guarantee live arrival on a reptile that has been left outside in the hot or cold all day long.  If your shipment has in fact arrived 'DOA', you must contact me within 24 hours with photo proof.  You will then either get a refund of your money(without shipping cost), or I will replace your purchase.  Any questions or concerns feel free to contact me on the issue.

On any order over $300 a payment plan may be setup.  A 25% non-refundable deposit must be put down to hold an animal, and must be paid in full within 30 days.
